The game stores an account identifier, nickname, game progress, currency balances, inventory, and match results. When you choose a linked sign-in provider, we receive the account information that provider makes available, such as your email address, display name, and profile picture. Store receipts and transaction identifiers are used to verify purchases.
We use this information to sign you in, save your progress, run matches and leaderboards, deliver purchases and rewards, and prevent duplicate transactions. Firebase provides account and game-data services. Photon provides multiplayer services. The app also integrates analytics and advertising services.
On iOS, Meta App Events measures app opens, tutorial completion, match activity, and verified purchases to help us understand advertising results. Unity Ads displays advertising. Where you allow tracking through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt, advertising services can use your advertising identifier to measure campaigns and personalize ads. If you decline, we do not enable Meta advertising-identifier collection; privacy-preserving SKAdNetwork attribution can still operate. You can change tracking permission in your device settings. The game remains playable either way.
You can request account deletion from the game settings. Game profile, inventory, match history, and leaderboard entries are removed. Minimal purchase records and an account-deletion marker are retained to prevent transaction replay and accidental account recreation.
The game service uses encrypted connections and authenticated requests. Game balances and inventory are updated by the server. No system can guarantee complete security.
Tower Rise Legends is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal data from children under this age. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will take steps to delete it.
Tower Rise Legends offers in-game purchases, such as power-ups and items to enhance your gaming experience. Please note that all purchases are final and non-refundable. Make sure to review your purchase carefully before confirming it.
When you create an account in Tower Rise Legends, you are responsible for keeping your login information confidential. All activities that occur under your account are your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access, please notify us immediately.
You agree to use Tower Rise Legends lawfully and responsibly. Disruptive behavior, cheating, or abuse towards other players is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if these rules are violated.

We are not responsible for any damages or losses arising from the use of Tower Rise Legends, including loss of data, game progress, or in-game purchases. Your use of the app is at your own risk.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, for any reason, including violations of these terms. Upon termination, any in-game purchases or progress may be lost, and no refunds will be provided.
We may update these Terms & Privacy from time to time. Any changes will be posted in the app, and your continued use of the app signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
